The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as everything you need to prepare meals. Should you need anything else, just let us know and we will be happy to bring it over.

The 2 sofas (one here in the picture) in the lounge become two comfortable single beds 195 cm (L) x 110 cm (W). Please note that this room does not have a door, but can be closed off with heavy double curtains. The two beds cannot be pushed together

The private swimming pool measures 10 x 10 meters and is surrounded by a safety fence. It is reserved exclusively for your group, with plenty of poolside seating and open space for children to play.

How are sleeping arrangements split between the trullo and villa?

The estate features two independent buildings on shared grounds: a historic 2-bedroom trullo (sleeps 4) with authentic 1820s stone arches, and a modern 3-bedroom villa (sleeps 8). This setup allows multi-generational families or two groups to vacation together while maintaining separate sleeping quarters.

Are the property grounds child-friendly and private?

Yes. The entire estate is set in the tranquil Martina Franca countryside with spacious gardens, outdoor dining areas, and plenty of open lawn space for children to play safely away from road traffic.

What baby and child equipment is provided?

We provide family essentials including travel cots, high chairs, washing machines, and fully equipped kitchens in both homes. If you have specific baby gear requirements, please let us know ahead of your arrival.

How close are shops, restaurants, and family day trips?

The estate is located just a short drive from the historic center of Martina Franca for grocery stores, bakeries, and family-friendly trattorias. Day trip destinations such as Locorotondo, Alberobello, and the Adriatic coast are easily accessible by car.
