Set within a one-hectare estate with ancient olive trees, this child-friendly haven features a fully fenced 10x10m pool (shared with one independent Trullo) and private dining patio, located just minutes from historic towns and 30 minutes from the nearest beaches.

Welcome to your retreat in the heart of Puglia. Designed to the highest standard with all modern comforts, the Villa offers the perfect balance of airy contemporary living and authentic rural charm. It sits within a large estate, sharing a generous swimming pool with the property’s only other house—a detached, independent Trullo with room for up to 4 guests. The entire plot measures one-hectare, making the grounds so expansive that both houses retain complete privacy and independence, with more than enough room for everyone to relax.

Indoor Spaces & Layout

The entrance opens up to a wonderfully generous, open-plan space. At the center is an extendable, handmade oak table. To the right, you can access the well-equipped kitchen. In front of the table lies a vast lounge room featuring extra-large, cozy sofas and a smart TV mounted on one of the walls. The outside-facing wall of this room consists of a glazed door, making the space feel almost as if it is part of the lush garden, complete with its ancient olive trees and pool area.

To the left of the central open-plan area is the first bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, which is equipped with a very large walk-in shower with two shower heads (on of which a rain shower), two sinks, and a separate room with a WC and a bidet.

To the right of the open-plan area is a hallway providing access to bedrooms two and three, as well as a second bathroom equipped with a tub, a shower, a sink, a WC, and a bidet.

Outdoor Living & Child Safety

The Villa features its own private patio and dedicated barbecue area for intimate alfresco meals. Stepping out into the wider estate, you will find a rich variety of fruit trees—including figs, walnuts, pears, apples, persimmons, and plums—alongside ancient olive trees. The heart of the grounds is the extra-large swimming pool (10x10m), which features a spacious sunbathing area and a large dining table nearby for long lunches. Having raised our own family here, we know how important your peace of mind is: the entire pool area is protected by a safety fence, making it exceptionally secure for families with young children.

Exploring Puglia

Our central location in the Itria Valley makes exploring the region effortless. In a fewminutes by car, you can reach the famous UNESCO World Heritage Trulli of Alberobello, as well as the enchanting historic centers of Locorotondo and Martina Franca. Other gems like Cisternino, Monopoli or the "White City" of Ostuni are all less than an hour away. Fascinating historic treasures like Matera or the stunning Baroque architecture of Lecce make unforgettable day trips. You are also perfectly positioned to choose between the beautiful sandy beaches of both the Adriatic and Ionian coasts.
