What is the cancellation policy ?
One hundred percent (100,00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
How do we get to the property?
The nearest airports are Bari and Brindisi. Both are international airports. We strongly recommend you rent a car since public transport is not great in the area, especially in the rural parts. You will find all the major car rental companies at both airports. Please book your car well ahead of your arrival, especially during high season.
We will send you detailed directions to the property ahead of your arrival. You can also find us on Google Maps by searching for Trullo Fumarola.
Do you accept pets?
This is subject to prior approval. We will be happy to accept your pet, but need to make sure you are aware of the set up of the property first (e.g. low stone walls without high fences, need to respect the space of the other guests in case you are only renting one of the two houses).
What time is check-in and check-out?
Guests can check in from 3 pm and check out is by 9 am. Early check in and late check out are subject to availability. We will do everything we can to accommodate you. Luggage can be dropped off at anytime.
How do we check in?
We will meet you in person at the property. Prior to your arrival you will receive an email with detailed directions.
Where do we park?
There is ample parking space within the property, also shaded.
What damage if something get damaged at the property during our stay?
We expect a certain amount of wear and tear. Who hasn’t dropped a wine glass?
However, if something does get damaged during your stay, please contact us right away so that we can make sure it is fixed or replaced before the next guests' arrival.
If the damage is serious or malicious then we will have to charge you to replace or repair it.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, linens and towels are provided. We kindly ask you to only use the white towels inside the houses. We supply blue towels for pool and beach.
Is it possible to have a cot and high chair?
Yes, we have plenty of those. The cots are travel cots. Please let us know before your stay how many you will need. We also supply beddings for the cots.
Is cleaning included in the rate?
The rate includes the cleaning of the property before arrival and after departure. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost, but is subject to availability and needs to arranged beforehand.
Is there WiFi at the property?
Yes there is. You will find the details and passwords upon arrival.
Is the property suitable for someone with mobility issues?
Yes, it is, as it is all on one level with no stairs.
We are arriving late in the evening. Can you get groceries for us to get through the first couple of days?
Yes, this is possible. Please write to us in advance so we can organise.
Should we take out travel insurance?
We do recommend travel insurance. Please check coverage details carefully when purchasing your insurance. Policies do vary, so it is crucial to understand what is covered.
