An amazing property comprising two houses and an extra-large private pool. It is located in a peaceful spot in the idyllic Itria Valley, in the heart of Puglia, and is just a 30-minute drive from the coast. Ideal for two or three families or a group of friends. The two detached houses are completely self-sufficient yet within close reach of one another. There is a large garden with a lawn and a 10 x 10 metre pool with a spacious surrounding area. Each house has its own outdoor dining area and barbecue, as well as a large dining table by the pool. We can confidently recommend this property to anyone, including families with young children (our own children grew up here). It is a tranquil, safe and child-friendly environment and the pool is protected by a fence. The garden boasts a wide variety of fruit and olive trees, some of which are hundreds of years old. The entire plot measures approximately one hectare. There are many attractions in the area: Lots of little towns with wonderful historical centres, UNESCO heritage sites such as Alberobello (just 15 minutes by car) and Matera, and Lecce with its amazing Baroque architecture. Plenty of great beaches on both coasts and countless typical restaurants to suit all budgets. Upon arrival, you will find a complimentary Welcome Kit containing useful information about the area, such as restaurants, places of interest and things to do. We have spent a great deal of time exploring this enchanting area and we love to share our findings and insights with our guests. Our absolute priority is to ensure that our guests have a truly special holiday here. The houses are self-catering, and respecting our guests' privacy is of the utmost importance to us. However, if you need any assistance, we will be more than happy to help. We could go on and on about the things you can do here: tips for restaurants, discovering the countryside by bike, picking your favourite beach out of hundreds of miles of coastline, exploring the amazing towns and villages mentioned above, and learning all about local wines, olive oil, and other specialities. The fact is that you are spoilt for choice here, and one holiday won't be enough to take it all in. We will be delighted to help make your holiday in Puglia truly special. - Separate your household waste to help us recycle as much as possible. Just follow the simple tips you will find upon arrival.
- Reusable shopping bags are provided.
- Refillable bottles for shampoo, shower gel and hand soap.
- Most of our detergents are organic and sourced from a refill store in Martina Franca.
- Our tap water is of good drinking quality and is regularly tested. So there is no need to buy plastic bottles.

Wow this place was incredible if I could give more than 5 stars I would. From the moment we booked to the moment we checked out Ina was always on hand, so friendly and exceptional communication if needed. The accommodation was insanely beautiful, it was everything we wanted and more. The villa and Trullo was secure with electric gates, very peaceful. Every room was very clean and decorated so well. The outside area was as beautiful with the swimming pool gated off, to the lovely rosemary growing as well as the fruit trees and beautiful flowers surrounding us, lots of areas to sit outside and lots of space for 3 cars and also a swing and slide for the little guests. The location was perfect to be able to drive to the surrounding towns of Italy. The best trip this accommodation made the trip, in fact I felt very sad leaving as I wanted to live there forever. We had a fantastic stay here in the trullo and villa. The properties have been beautifully renovated and have every amenity you could wish for. The rooms and outside areas including pool are very well kept and more spacious than we expected. It was so lovely we enjoyed several days and evening meals at home. When we did venture out, there are lots of local sights to see. The property is very well situated to explore the area. Alessandro (Ina's husband) met us at the property to let us in and show us around, He was very friendly and helpful. We were even left some prosecco and goodies as we were celebrating a couple of big birthdays, a very thoughtful touch. We would highly recommend and would like to come back to visit again sometime.
